Eligibility
Abstract submissions are open to:
- Neurologists
- Specialist physicians
- Residents
- General Practitioners (GPs)
- Medical researchers and allied health professionals (relevant to neurology)
Each participant may submit a maximum of 2 abstracts as first author.

250–300 words (excluding title and authors)

Do not include tables, figures, or references. Use standard abbreviations and define them at first mention.

Title & Author Information
Title: Maximum 20 words
Author names:
- Full name (no academic titles)
- Institutional affiliation
- City and country
- Presenting author must be clearly indicated

Ethical Considerations
- Studies involving human subjects must comply with ethical standards.
- Case reports/case series must ensure patient anonymity.
- Ethical approval number should be stated if applicable.
- Abstracts with plagiarism or ethical violations will be rejected.
Submission Process
Abstracts must be submitted online via the COME ON 2026 website.
Deadline
June 14, 2026
Review & Acceptance
All abstracts undergo peer review. Accepted abstracts may be selected for Oral or Poster Presentation. The committee’s decision is final.

All participants must submit an abstract first.

Peer Review
All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee.

Acceptance Notification
Based on the review results, abstracts will be accepted as:
Oral Presentation
E-Poster Presentation

E-Poster Preparation
E-Posters are prepared and submitted only after the abstract has been accepted as an E-Poster.
Prohibited
- Participants cannot submit an E-Poster without an accepted abstract.
- Direct submission of E-Posters without prior abstract acceptance is not permitted.

Ethical Standards
Patient data must be fully anonymized. Ethical approval should be stated if applicable. Disclose any conflicts of interest.
Submission
E-Posters must be submitted only after abstract acceptance via the COME ON 2026 online submission system.
Submission deadline: June 14th 2026.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Presentation
Displayed on digital screens. Authors may be requested to participate in discussions.
Evaluation
Based on scientific quality, clarity of presentation, and clinical relevance.
Oral Poster Presentation
An Oral Poster is a poster presentation delivered in a short oral format, based on an accepted abstract, and presented in a moderated scientific session.

- Authors cannot directly choose Oral Poster format.
- Assignment is determined by the Scientific Committee.
