Tickets are non-transferable unless prior written approval is granted by the Organizing Committee.
Unauthorized resale, duplication, or distribution of tickets is strictly prohibited.

The scientific program, speakers, schedule, and topics are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.

Where applicable, SKP credits will be granted in accordance with the accreditation body’s regulations.
Participants must comply with attendance requirements to receive certification.

By attending COME ON 2026, participants consent to photography, audio recording, and video recording during the event.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to use such materials for promotional, educational, and documentation purposes without further compensation.
Participants who do not wish to appear in media coverage must notify the committee in writing prior to the event.

Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for administrative and conference-related purposes.
The Organizing Committee will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

The Organizing Committee shall not be held liable for delays, modifications, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government regulations
Public health emergencies
Political instability
Other unforeseeable events

The Organizing Committee shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience sustained by participants during the conference, except as required by applicable law.
